The are millions of italian restaurant around the world and everytime when I see a "italian restaurant" during my travels my attention is actratted to the quality of menus.

 There are  millions and millions of lasagnas, pizzas, pasta... but  wich kind of lasagna or pasta is served from those places. 

Is it  just a basic and ceapeast pasta bougth from a not genuine  italian factory with on the top some tomato sauce putted on top without any aromatization and a fake parmesan made somewere.. but surely not in italy.

our chefs make manually our handmade fresh pasta, our fresh pizza dought, and our famous tiramisu with strawberry or with supefood..

to make the bolognese meat tomato sauce that needs minimum 3 hous of sloley cook with a stuffed onion, carrots,garlic,and extravirgin olive oil.

we cooking the Bolognese sauce for our hand made fresh eggs-pasta Ravioli or Tagliatelle (Spaghetti Square) for 6 hours minimun, following the ancient original recipe of our grand mothers.

Our chefs are italians, with minimum 20 -30 years of experience in the ho.re.ca. world.

they has a passion of the superfood to spread to all our customers in all our restaurant, here in Finland and in Italy.

The Story of Tiramisu

Tiramisu is maybe the most famous cake in the world that you can find in the restaurants all over Europe and America. Different Italian regions always compete for its origin, but the true history of this soft dessert has no doubt: it was born in the kitchens of a historical Osteria in Treviso.

In 1970 the cook and confectioner Roberto Loli Linguanotto, enter the kitchens of Beccherie, a typical and traditional trattoria situated in Piazza Ancilotto, in the heart of Treviso.

Loli, a man with venetian origins, just came back from an experience as a cook in Germany, where he discovered the tradition, widely spread in Bavaria, of the soft desserts; once he came back he remembered the simple and home made desserts of his childhood and what gave him the brilliant idea was the easiest dessert: the whipped yolk with sugar, that every child was used to eat at breakfast, from Treviso to Venice. Each grandmother perfectly remember the sound in the morning of the whipped egg with sugar, in dialect “l’ovo col sucaro”, the so-called “sbatudin”.

Loli, being a good confectioner, melts his culinary roots together with what he learned in Germany; thus, adding mascarpone cheese to the “sbatudin”, he invented the famous cream and the Tiramisu.

The success of Tiramisu

Loli continued his carrier travelling and leaving Treviso, however he often came back to Beccherie to observe, proudly, the success of his Tiramisu, year after year. From the tables of that trattoria in Treviso, where the dessert was well-known and great demanded, it spread all over Italy, and then in the recent decades outside the national borders and all over the world as well.

Bolognese Sauce 

 is a meat-based sauce in Italian cuisine, typical of the city of Bologna. It is customarily used to dress tagliatelle al ragù and to prepare lasagne alla bolognese.

Genuine ragù alla bolognese is a slowly cooked meat-based sauce, and its preparation involves several techniques, including sweating, sautéing and braising. Ingredients include a characteristic soffritto of onion, celery and carrot, different types of minced or finely chopped beef, often alongside small amounts of fatty pork. White wine, milk, and a small amount of tomato paste or tomatoes are added, and the dish is then gently simmered at length to produce a thick sauce.

Outside Italy, the phrase "Bolognese sauce" is often used to refer to a tomato-based sauce to which minced meat has been added; such sauces typically bear little resemblance to the Italian ragù alla bolognese, being more similar in fact to the ragù alla napoletana from the tomato-rich south of the country. Although in Italy ragù alla bolognese is not used with spaghetti (but rather with flat pasta, like tagliatelle),[2][3][4] so-called "spaghetti bolognese" has become a popular dish in many other parts of the world.
